For me, it is the 24 hour option, along with not having a 10 acre parking lot to half to walk across if I am not feeling well, which is usually the case when I am picking up medicine.
They have enough of a selection of items if I need to pick a little something extra, I can do so without having to make an extra stop. The last thing I want to deal with when not feeling well, is the likes of Walmart.
