My comment on this subject is fairly simple.
I'm sorry I can't recall who said they sent their kids to Alton Marquette "no Goverment handout" or something to that effect. Alton Marquette is a good school with high standards and fortunately for the kids not 30 to 40 in a classroom. Much smaller classrooms equals better education. This has been proven over again many times. So when we think about not increasing our school tax, this is a small result of what happens. Yes we can argue all the facts of wages up and down the ladder, but the point needing to be discussed is education.....why we send our kids to school. This is the part of the system that will suffer in many ways.
