Juries put people in prison and 99 per cent of the time it's guilty without reservation. No they don't. In fact 97% of all federal cases, and similarly in most states, a trial jury never hears the case. Oh yeah, and juries only convict about 75% of the time. I see 100 or more stories a day where a cop saves some law minding person from some criminal slime. I'll take a ten per cent failure rate. Post your 100, I can find ten really quick. BTW, this isn't baseball, it's people lives, liberty and rights at stake. 90% is a horrible batting average.
