Cops range from good to bad. How can we, the public, determine which is good, which is bad? Good or bad, for the most part we can only rely on what the media tells us. As for the Wilson Park thing, is there an ordinance against low pants? (Yeah, I think it's disgusting, too...but ya know, the more you complain about it the more they're gonna do it.) That said, any ordinances being broken should be addressed by the residents at city hall. Residents need to organize and take their issues to the mayor. Opie2 has the right sentiment in his thread "Am I Crazy". More residents need to follow his concerns and organize if they really care. Those who leave town are the losers. They've accepted defeat. "This town ain't gonna change so I'm leaving, too" ain't gonna fix a thing. Lafayette Square in St. Louis was a slum in the mid 60's. Look at it now. How do people imagine that happened? Hint: It wasn't any mayor or big developer that turned it around.
