You don't know that the police officer did the wrong thing, no one does at this point.
Yeah we do, he shot the kid while he was trying to surrender. Not even the cops have said otherwise.
Are you basing this on the criminal Dorian Johnson's eye witness account?
The one who was by his side in the convenience store when Brown committed what could have been a shoplifting, but turned it into a felony by putting his hands on the employee?
That is Missouri Law as cited by about ten lawyers in the past day.
Or all of the other eye witness accounts who have yet to be deemed credible?
The way everyone has a smart phone strapped to their hand, yet no one managed to get actual footage of what happened in broad daylight?
More like, everyone edited any existing videos to eliminate the part where this man was attacking a police officer. And that has been reported from the very first day.
I guess we'll need to wait for the coroner's report to see if he was shot in the back as he was "walking away", because the crime scene photos showed NO bullet holes, blood, injures to his back.
If the evidence that is presented to the grand jury leads to his indictment...so be it. I'll believe that his peers were able to make that determination on what they were presented with.
If they determine that he acted in self defense or in an appropriate manner...I'm going to suggest everyone prepare a bunker.
