Myself and my family used to go to no where but Pattersons for repairs. In fact when I was on the rescue team, and our ambulance needed repairs, I even convinced the Department to have it towed to Patterson's to get it fixed. I won't ever go back though. It always took atleast 1 and 1/2 hours for an oil change even with an appoitment. Have the time they would forget to do the oil change, even though it was the only thing to be done, and I'd have to take it back 2-3 different times before finally getting done. When wanting the brakes looked at on the ambulance, they said it needed all new brakes all the way around, found out from 2 other shops though, that the brakes were like new and the problem was just the rear axle. On my brothers car they replaced the motor, and screwed the car up worse than before and never did get it fixed right. On several of my vehicles they told me it need more work on it then I could afford, just to find out later from Shrum's garage, that it only needed a $50 part. The only reason I stayed going there as long as I did was because Brian & Lanzo allowed me to make payments, once they stopped that though I stopped going there and won't look back. They have never done me right despite multiple chances.
