No one has died from the shot! Omg. -_-
People don't even get the flu from the shot. It may cause a sore arm, or even make you a bit lethargic, but it does not give you the flu. If you happen to get sick after the shot, you probably already had a strain before the shot. It can be in your body for over a week before rearing it's ugly head. Besides, the shot is complete with inactive strains = non flu causing.
I was against the flu shot for years, until I was required to get them because of my father... who is awaiting a heart transplant and cannot have that risk around him. I have had them for the past three years, and I am glad for them.
Many places offer them cheap or even free. It's worth getting.
