Thanks - Many wrote to the ACOE in 1991. I hated the grown up mess it turned into, full of poison oak/ivy. I was ordered off MY LAND until 2000. When the wind storm of 2006 hit I was told I couldn't bring in a high-lift, instead, clean up with a chainsaw. So I did, and did, and did about 2" off the ground, often on my hands and knees. No more cottonwoods and no more poison ivy. You know,if you leave wood & brush stacked, those darn kids will set it on fire every time. Looks better.
