Old Timer that's not a bad question. I do however think the central issue is always money. If you remember they were going to remodel that building as part of the bond issue a few years ago (2007?) Personlly I'm glad to see it getting done but if they took money away from computers, books, etc.... I think they can be criticized. Of course, when can't they be.
