Yes, in my life and business I've had to deal with lots of crap. It's part of the job.
I've found the best way for all concerned is to put the different crap together in a concentrated pile, let it heat up, then give it fresh air and sunshine. It then gets turned in to a finished product that is good for everybody, with no sticky, smelly parts.
Production is steady. Anyone willing to make the efforts is invited to partake in the results. It's a never-ending process.
