A principal like Joe Clark wouldn't cut it in ESL. The Board would never allow him to be that tough with their relatives.
I prefer they follow the Ron Clark method. Teach these kids there is life beyond the ghetto. They won't reach their full potential in ESL but eventually they'll amount to something.
ESL the city, the community for all purpose is dead. Let the kids get out while they can.
