Short of a nuke, I don't think they'll ever fix it. If you have a den of rats the only way to end it is to kill them all. Corruption is the same if you allow even the smallest bit to survive it just comes back even stronger than before. Unless the state (HAHA) is willing to come in and fire and prosecute them all we will be reading about this again in another five years.....
