well if opinionated knew he was not a clown - and told other people that he was, even knowing he was not - and that comment was proven in court to cause brad to lose his job...
THEN brad would have a lawsuit...if he could prove it was opinionated who started the slanderous remarks, and that it was his remarks above all else that led to his job loss.
