it was not a message board, it was a blog, in which her proper name was never given, and her students names were never given. my point i was making earlier was - although i do not agree with her and feel she has maybe become too jaded to be a teacher (the profession can do it to ya, i see it happen to alot of young teachers) - i feel her privacy has been violated. if i were her i would sue for wrongful termination...i am waiting for a teacher to do it because they would win - it would cost alot of money in court fees and be quite the headache - but the supreme court has decided in other cases that we are entitled to privacy. i think this issue tip-toes around the issue of privacy and people focus more on her words or her sentiments - they want to know why she lost her job...but they are not willing to think about her rights as an american citizen.
