Thank goodness they aren't in the teachers union. Our kids would never be in school due the maintenance. Why in the world aren't teacher's seminars held during the summer so people don't have to make arrangements for day care about every three weeks? And why does the school year start every year for a half and and end with a half day. I don't have issues with teachers. I have issues with these rediculous contracts and education system. I bet the men and women at US Steel, or any other union workplace, don't get full annualized salary when they strike.
