In cases like the congresswoman being shot or the last kid who shot his principal and assistant principal,there is no need for appeals or even a need for them to go to court,for the cost of a bullet we could have been rid of these people.The kid shot these two people because he got suspended from school,if he was ever given a second chance at life what do you think he would do if he was ever fired from a job?
