Wait till someone wrecks into you trying to breathe into the the thing while driving. I don't know that we can ever legislate ourselves out of dealing with other people's lack of personal responsibility and stupidity. I had a friend that had one of these on his car after a DUI and he had to blow into it about every fifteen minutes. Not that he wanted pity, but had said it concerned him when driving to and from work on a busy interstate on occassion because it made him take his eyes off the road. I will say, and he admits, he learned his lesson and I have never seen or heard of him drinking and driving again. He also has told me that he feels his DUI was warranted and probably saved at least his life, if not others.
