Yeah, we all need sleep sometimes, Rose. I was a bit whipped last night, the posting I typed in was what I saw last afternoon into evening. Man, people find ways to NOT pay enough attention to driving. Last night, someone bumped into the auto ahead of them enough to drive That car into a ditch, happened on Frank Scott Parkway. There was a traffic jam building (30 cars +), and no where to maneuver, period. Those traveling westbound (this occurred close by Old Collinsville Road) were OK, but the ones going eastbound had to turn off their engines, they were going nowhere until the at-fault driver pulled off the road, which was risky, as those who built the road evidently didn't plan for auto accidents. Yeah, room is pretty tight for driving around Fairview Heights, Shiloh, etc. And last Friday there was an accident that turned Eastbound IH-64 into a parking lot, ditto for Lincoln Trail and Old Lincoln Trail. Holy Highway Wipeouts, Batman!
