I actually get the same feeling. I mean when it's 65 in Illinois, I really am cautious to go over 74.
If someone is hitting my tail though, I welcome it. Once I can finally let that guy pass, I can sometime go higher even around 80, as long as I don't pass the speed demon who was on my tail.
My speeding violations came mostly when the bear picked me off speeding alone. I tend to speed with a pack or trail a more severe speeeder than I.
Now I will deserve a ticket someday, but seldom do I get caught when I employ that strategy. It's lonely stretches of highway at night that have me keeping it within 9 at all times...
Now just as sure as I talk about how I speed, I'm probably going to get caught in a bear trap..
