Actually it was for those same reasons. It's funny because I know people who have gotten into medical school with lower GPA's and tests scores than me and they always ask me why I didn't apply nor want to go to medical school. Number one, the schooling. To get out of school in a fraction of the time and make that kind of income is rare. I also decided I didn't want to be 30 before getting out of school and starting my life. The hours are great for this profession as compared to 60 hours weeks as a doctor. I wanted to have a balance in my life between my personal life and my career.
