Jen, As a current first year AA student, I will be perfectly honest in saying that it is almost impossible for me to even take care of my dog. I am not a parent and I don't have children, but I cannot even imagine having to take care of a baby on top of everything else. I can barely take care of myself! I am not trying to discourage you, but there are several people in my program with children, one of which dropped out of another program because it was putting too much strain on his family. Please take this into consideration. Your first year you will be in the hospital twice a week from 5-12, then you will likely have class from 1-6, then you will have a LOT of studying to do. This is NOT an easy task. I wish you the best, but my advice would be that it may be worth waiting a few years until your daughter is a little older, aka in school all day - that might make things a LITTLE easier. Best of Luck.
