Single mom needs advice about AA schoolArchived Message

I really, really want to go to AA school next year and I have applied to South, Nova, and Emory. I also have an 11 month old daughter (she will be 1 1/2 when I start school). The problem is that my husband has an excellent job that he cannot leave in Gainesville, FL (the hope is that I will get a job back in Gainesville when I graduate).
If I go away to school, I will take our daughter with me and basicly be a single mom. I was wondering if any AAs or students can give me some advice. Is this something that would be doable for me? I have heard that you travel around during the clinical year and sometimes have clinicals at night. This may be difficult in terms of finding a new daycare every four weeks. She could stay with my husband sometimes if it were impossible for me to have her with me. Has anyone gone through AA school with children? As a single parent? Was it difficult? Thanks for your advice!
