Don't hold your breath to long as far as you emailing the two groups that only use CRNAs in Texas and they have not yet responded back to you that should tell you something their not going too if that was the case don't you think they would have by now hire AA-Cs to work in their group. After all AA-Cs are ANESTHETIST just like CRNAs bottom line it's pure Ignorance and Fear. AA-Cs do the same exact cases as CRNAs with the exception CRNAs can work under a MDA or any Physician AA-Cs work under a MDA only. the only way AA-Cs will work in an Anesthesia group that have all CRNAs 1.If legislation & laws step in and demand that they hire AA-Cs or 2.If an Anesthesia Doctor MDA works for an Anes.group with all CRNAs and their being supervise by the MDA(meaning working under the MDA)he/she request a AA-C or the agency it self turns the corner and start recruiting AA-Cs because of staffing issues that's the only way I see an AA-C working in an all CRNA group. The bottom line is fight for what's right. If the roles were reverse for example you had 30,000 AA-Cs working in all 50 states and you only had a couple or few thousands lets just say 2,000 to 3,000 CRNAs working in nearly 20 states I promise you CRNAs would be fighting for rights to work(practice) in all 50 states and the right to be hire to work for any agency. That's including agencies that have all AA-Cs in their group only. This is what AA-Cs are doing fighting for their profession and the right to work in all 50 states, not just hospitals but all clinical settings pertaining to Anesthesia why is it right for CRNAs but not right for AA-Cs to work in all states. Simply POLITICS I believe the AA-C profession will grow in huge numbers as we meet the demands to fill in the gaps of the on going critical shortage of Anesthesia providers. I
    welcome both Anesthesia providers AA-Cs/CRNAs
