    Hi Ram
Two months ago I called the AAAA and spoke to a representative about AA-Cs being License to work in other states she said there was talk about AAs being License to work in Washington State on the West Coast those were her exact words. I know she wasn't talking about AA-Cs in Washington D.C. because they are already License to work in Washington D.C.(AA-Cs)I think the West Coast is long over do for AA-Cs practice. I think the MDAs and CRNAS who welcome AA-Cs, to step up and start recruiting AA-Cs in their hospital, out patient centers etc. with in the Anesthesia Care Team(ACT)practice. Why Is fair for a CRNA who lives on the West Cost goes and apply to CRNA schools but does not get accepted on the West Coast but gets accepted on the East Coast,South,or Mid West but they(CRNAs)are able to come back to their home town on the West Coast
and work as an Anesthetist AA-Cs who also live on the West Coast gets accepted to an AA program in the South or Mid West when they finish AA program they can't go back and work in their on home town on the West Coast as an Anesthetist they (AA-Cs) have to stay and work as a an Anesthetist on the East Coast,South,Midwest,or South West. Why is that fair for CRNAs but not for AA-Cs?. That's why it's important that AA-Cs&MDAs take a stand and fight for the profession but most important fight for what's RIGHT.
