AA's work as part of the Anesthesia Care Team. Medical direction is provided by the anesthesiologist. That does NOT mean the anesthesiologist is in the room standing over the AA's shoulder. Just like any other ACT practice, they should be present for induction, emergence, monitor the case at certain intervals, and be available should problems arise. Lo and behold, it's just the way ACT practices with CRNA's work.
You've already tried the lie about CRNA's work without an anesthesiologist at Shock Trauma. Caught you on that one. But that's typical CRNA crap - long on BS, short on FACTS. Go troll elsewhere.
