Glad they found your luggage, but that's awful you went to all that trouble to pick it up and they didn't have it after all! I'd be really upset. I hope you're managing to enjoy your trip anyway, Ash.

We had a mishap too -- got back to Oahu today, but Mil left a bag which contained her passport and credit cards in the condo! We didn't discover it till we'd gotten to the airport, AFTER we returned the keys to the condo and turned the car in. They almost didn't let her fly.

We called the rental agency and they agreed to ship the bag to me. What a nightmare, though!
