I am not sure if I were still on that I would go for the 12 hour shift. I know that trying to create a schedule that can accommodate everyone, considering vacations, RDOs, and court has got to be a monumental task. I was so happy when they were able to go to the 6 and 3 schedule with volunteer midnights.
