I saw in the FOP Bulletin where staffing is crisis stage. If we are that short in patrol why aren’t we pulling from non essential area of the department. Why can’t they pull from Crime Prevention or maybe other places that are not as essential as Patrol. Why does Patrol always take the hit. It’s been going on for a long time. To me and I’m not up to date on things but 12 hour shifts make no sense.
