I happened to spot a current AA County Officer sitting in his car in Brooklyn. So naturally I had to approach him. I got out of my car and so did he. I introduced myself and we talked for a good while. I told him my ID#. His was way over 2100. I recognized his last name as someone I worked with. He said it was his father. ( name will be left out.) I asked him what things were like now. He said moral is way down due to petty charges some officers face for petty in-house snooping of body cam footage. In THIER cars alone! Nothing done wrong. But spoken foul language is a no-no. He did not mention who it was. But the guy was charged. Holy crap, I would have been fired for the language I used with some dirtbags, and when no one was in the car. I won’t name the guy I worked with who made us all sound like choir Boys. So I’ll just give his initials…..Walt Fennington! (
