That is true Walt. We cussed like sailors. And BTW, I had a News American paper route also. Damn! Like 2 peas in a pod. My route was the Heritage Hill neighborhood. And the bastages would not let me ride my friggin bike. I fixed their arses. When the rain got the papers wet, I called my manager and told him I need more damn papers. We did have cell phones, but there were phone booths on every got darn corner.
Darryl, you are closer to the operations at hq…..why would an officer be charged with using curse words in his car alone? Doesn’t seem fair. Like I said. W. F. and I would have been history with most of the shift.
