Not sure it is like wine, it doesn't get better with age. But, if it has been kept in a cool place give it a try. According to AI it should be okay to drink but just may not taste or smell good. Did you save it for sentimental reasons? I used to collect beer cans and had over 400 different brands from different eras. Never kept the beer in them, though.
