My bad there Brother Jason; as in my haste I failed to notice your reference to "Holy Grail", I was merely explaining the rarity factor relating to "R" framed 20-bores. And honestly at this point it appears that I've totally lost the point of this thread, as I seem to recall the original question being related to "live bird" 20-bores and not frame sizes? Just getting old and bored I suppose, a fact of life for which I apologize; but then don't really care either. At any rate I have no remaining LC Smith related "Holy Grails", as I've been fortunate to have seen (for the most part) or owned almost every interesting (to me anyway) gun and/or artifact related to Smith guns and Hunters Arms known to exist; but there are a few remaining Smith related objects (some might consider "Holy Grails") I would certainly like to see personally before I'm blind or dead. Some of those things would be to see a "C" frame Smith gun, the Grade 0 14-bore, the Grade OO with 34" barrels; and of course, I always appreciate the opportunity to see the "One Off" special order Smith guns that are so unique. And although I'd certainly like to see an "R" framed Smith 20-bore, doing so doesn't make my highest priority list.
