Thanks David. I pushed the pin about 3/4 of the way out and that extractor part and the ejectors slid right out. On the water table I see some faint orange or copper colored spots under thin blue. It looks like remnants of case colors to me. On the outside of the frame and sideplates I don't see any colors. Are there any chemical blue removers that are good and would they leave any remaining case colors? I could use something like that on the water table and other areas that are away from the wood. Birchwood Casey is probably the only brand I can get locally. Does anyone have any opinions on their blue and rust remover?
