Which of course was a way for promoters to earn a little extra on a race weekend.
When we began racing in 2001 nobody ran a Saturday practice. Which gave crews more time to water and prep and reduced overall wear and tear on the track.
And tracks were in much better condition beginning with practice Sunday morning.
Jere needs to work on presentation a bit also. Would
it be that expensive to spread some millings or 2B on vendor/spectator row? I know if I would have been paying vendor fees to be set up at the LL area qualifier I wouldn't have been happy with the muudy mess up there all weekend.
