Re: how do we make our track better
Actually you have a great viewing point along spectator row that people can see almost the whole track which has a lot going for you. As far as the track, there are a few things that might make it better. The infamous hairpin turn at the tower can be extended down further, then turn and come back up the hill to a a nice table top. Jumps should be forgiving. Not that you have killer jumps but keep it in mind. As far as the Banzai, when people go down on that thing it's not good, as you know. I would turn that into a nice ski jump/drop off down the hill the way it was in the early 90's. To stop people from hitting it at blazing speeds down the straight away, simply put a chicane about 50 ft before the drop off. I think the start was better on top. This way you can use that usable space for more track. With the old start in place, and the change of the Banzai, you don't have to worry about everyone flying off it after the first turn. As people are saying, keep the track wide with nice flow. Have nice dirt and prep. The track is a hair from being really nice.
