'Shroomers abound here. We have many many types. Yes, I've made them, sliced, simmered in heavy cream and served over rice with veggies. I love the Lobster ones, Chantrells but I won't attempt to collect them, tho. I'd be afraid I'd get toadstools instead. I have friends who raise the fancy ones, they grow them in laundry baskets and toilet paper!
