I had a delish mushroom Swiss burger last night.When I was at the store for bread I noticed some produce had been reduced and I got a nice container of white mushrooms.Do you like mushrooms?I like portobello best but only place I can find good ones are Aldis and I sure wasn't going there.

The next county over has caves and there used to be a mushroom grower set up in a few.They were commercial growers but eventually relocated.My aunt and uncle lived going out mushrooming.They gathered wild ones along with leftovers from the caves.

Have you ever used a large portobello instead of a beef burger? If you like mushrooms what is your favorite way to prepare them? I like them raw in a nice salad at times.
