I do like mushrooms. I used to get the large ones that was all prepared for baking, but they haven't had them at the market in a long time. They were filled with different goodies. I guess I could fix them up myself, but it was always so nice to have it already to go. The tray came with two so there was one for me and one for my brother before he passed. I've never had a mushroom burger though. My favorite dinner out is a filet mignon, medium rare smothered in roasted mushrooms. Mmm mmm good!
