It seems the same for me. Breaking my arm, heart attack then heart surgery really gave me a wake-up call. I'm aged and getting more fragile. I really need to pay attention. In May I'll be 83. My mom died at 85 and brother who lived with was 82. So - I know I don't have that much time left.
