Not sure of the cost nationwide but here I had someone come in 4 days a week for 5 hrs a day to help. It cost me $2400 A month. And yes, they ran errands etc but charged mileage. and when they left I still needed help for the remaining hours. Neither Medicare nor my ins paid any of that.
