Hi Flo, I had those shots in both of my Elbows for Tendenitis and

at the time the Needle was big and getting the shot was painful and

you had to hold still, while in even more pain then the Tendenitis

The shots back then, over 30 years ago,,, might of lasted a month


I found out from my Niece, that having those shot, affects your Heart and

now maybe they have something different, but too me getting the

shot and I had 6 in each Elbow over a few years

it was just a Band-Aid affect and really if someone

decides, its best to get the Surgery and recovery from it.
