I have one piece of cod I am making tonight. Hb and I will split it. I think I will also throw a few shrimp in. We'll have baked smashed potatoes and applesauce to go with it. Supper has to be quick and easy. I am having back problems and can't be on my feet long.
Anyone ever have corti-steroid injections in your hip or back? How bad are they? How long do they last? How long until they take effect? I think they are the next step. I might be going to urgent care next week. My Nurse/PA say to go to a place that has orthopaedists.
