My city was a mix of immigrants..Slovak, Polish, Italian, Russian Orthodox and because of this mix i learned to enjoy their ethni foods...i can pronounce a Polish last name like a champ.

Now,many hispanics live here with their ethnic foods and bodagas on many corners. They took the place of the corner grocery stores i remember as a child


Lots of pasta, dough, pierogies, cabbage dishes, hearty soups..many good food choices
