hb went shopping today and picked up 10lbs of ribs.
I split them into cooking sizes...so that's a good 4 meals at least.
Good deal at $4.49 lb...cheaper than ground beef for sure.

Hope they don't try to make vegans out of pigs....these ribs looked really lean. : )
