slice lunch meat/sausage that was called "thiringer"...might have been called something else some where else.

I was almost like a summer sausage, you could get it from Hickory farms (small rolls) but I used to also get it from the grocery store in slices like bologna.

Stuff made a great sandwich with lettuce and tomato.
