    Hi Piotr,

Make sure that is has the correct bulbs fitted in the rear light clusters, if a single contact bulb is fitted in place of a brake light bulb when you switch the lights on this cuts the power, i don't think this is your problem, but worth a look.

It's worth removing the front bumper it's only two bolts and two plastic clips, then you should check the wiring loom that comes off the boost actuator ( next to air cleaner) this runs along the front of chassis and up through the bulkhead near the battery this goes into plug 3 on the ECU Pin 35 and Pin 48 if you measure for Ohms across these Pins should get Between 11-16 Ohms if everything is ok.

If you take the pipe off the boost actuator ( the one that goes back to the ball shaped vac chamber) put a vac gauge on it start the engine and see if it holds a vacuum when you turn the engine off, with the ignition on operate the recirc button and see if the vacuum reading changes it should not move if everything is in order. Also check air cleaner because this will also cause the P1470 code if you have checked all of the above and it all checked ok, Then i suspect it's the Turbocharger.

I work on a fleet of these Vans and i have noticed that if you road test one with a defective turbocharger they are very sluggish on pick up but pull the same as normal when the revs are built up Max boost is 2100mbars if it goes over that up to 2700mbars the ecu will see an overboost condition and then limit power output.
