Hi Paul, As has already been stated, the differencr in injector voltage reccorded by the PCM is often very different so is not relaible as part of the diagnostic jigsaw. It is always worth doing a leak off test on common rail diesels if time permits. As for the P1613, thes do have a low pressure sensor in the fuel filter head so this needs checking out, it may be a sensor/wiring fault or the low pressure side could have genuine fault. With an intank pump and an inline pump on bulkhead, both do cause problems typical low pressure 4 to 6 bar from memory but this is letting me down lately..... mike ps don't forget ECUs and swimming pools
