No I havent done a leak back test, but excessive leak back on one injector could make sense I suppose. (IE the way there is poor injection quality at idle but gets better under load as the leak flow/injection demand ratio changes. There is also the curiously described P1613 fuel pre presure fault (with no further data from Autodata! Comeon Guys! This is a 5 year old British built car!NO excuse for not having a full data set!) But, like I said there was no time to do anything more than a quick scan last night and no oppertunity to do anything more to it today On a more general note. I have never really bothererd about "Tooling up" for common rail on the grounds that, as a mobile, I am not really in the position to break into the high presure side of CR systems to replace injectors and the like (Cleanliness and all that) Am I talking myself out of viable business oppertunities here??
