Hi,its nice to see a post from somebody who understands the system they are working on, I agree with darren Jones you need to be looking in live readings, under capacitor charging, you should find two readings the first fluctuating around 70 volts the second will be constant (this capacitor is not used) this will give you the firing voltages and high light any earth issues, do not use a volt meter on the injector an amps clamp with a scope is the way forward you should see an initial current of 20 amps with a holding current of 12. do not test with injectors unplugged as this will blow the ecu.HTH Regards Mark.
