Hi andrew, i have not got a wiring diagram to hand but i am guessing thay pin 3 is earth and you have got a bad earth and somehow tied into the injector currant that runs at 70 volts,the 70 volt is genarated by the back EMF, firing the injector off causes a back EMF which than charges a capasitor to around 65-70 volt whitch is then used to fire the next injector and so on.So if those reading are correct the code is stored because of 35 volts & it probably wont start because the capacitor is not reaching enough voltage this can be easly checked on live data.HTH Darren
